The Beginning
Vector Partners was born within a pioneer business group in the Private Equity industry, launching the first fund managed 100% by Mexicans in 2000; we have participated in more than 90 operations with a total value of more than US $3,000M, either as a direct investor, private equity fund manager or through the creation of SPVs. We are also founding partners of AMEXCAP.

Mezzanine Financing
A flexible alternative for medium-sized Mexican companies.
Mezzanine refers to the financing stage that lies between the traditional debt and equity in terms of the level of risk and performance.
This financing, unlike traditional equity, does not imply shareholders dilution and complements bank debt by accepting less guarantees and having more flexibility.
In addition to financing the company, we help, if necessary, to create a corporate government, advising the firm from a financial creditor point of view and aligning its operation to the business strategy.

The Water House
The company Aqua Salus, operating under the brand The Water House (TWH), founded in 2002, is dedicated to the sale of purified water through dispensing modules that work 24/7. The Water House, started operations in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. They now have more than 1,880 modules in 15 cities of Mexico.
Hydal
Gestión Hospitalaria founded in 2014 in Monterrey, N.L. with the investment of its founding partners, who have more than thirty years of experience in the Health industry, and VC Stella Maris Partners equity fund. Starting with the radiology services unit, which as of today has presence in 22 states across the country, with some strategic alliances with private hospitals. Regarding the hospital’s management unit, they operate a hospital in Cancún, Quintana Roo, and will begin operations in Ciudad Satélite, State of Mexico.
Macropay
The Macropay company, founded in the year 2000, is dedicated to the sale of cell phones and products associated with them, through credit sales to unbanked people. The company had its beginnings in Mérida, Yucatán; however, it currently has a presence in a large part of the country, highlighting the south and center of the republic.
Vía Verde
Vía Verde is the largest urban nature project in Latin America. With more than 60,000 m2 of vertical gardens, installed in the columns that support the second floor of Periférico in CDMX.
The Vía Verde project is made up of vertical garden panels made entirely of recycled and recyclable materials to promote the circular economy. In addition to the vertical gardens, one in ten columns has high-tech advertising screens.

Pizano Navarro
Directora General
Directora ejecutiva con más de 35 años de experiencia en Banca de Desarrollo. Durante su carrera ha ocupado más de doce cargos en diferentes áreas de Nacional Financiera y BANCOMEXT.
Licenciada en Relaciones Internacionales, egresada de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, con especialidad en Banca y Crédito, y estudios en Alta Dirección por el Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE).
En su último cargo como Directora General Adjunta de Banca de Empresas de BANCOMEXT, estuvo a cargo de estructurar créditos y proyectos de inversión vinculados al financiamiento de exportaciones y sectores estratégicos, favoreciendo la integración de cadenas globales de valor.
Rebeca también colaboró en el desarrollo de SARAS & UGAS (Unidad de gestión de riesgos ambientales y sociales) las áreas ESG en NAFIN para el seguimiento responsable del cumplimiento de los criterios ambientales y sociales establecidos.

Guzmán Mena
VP de Crédito
13 años de experiencia en estructuración de crédito de empresas de diferentes industrias. Previo a su incorporación a Vector Partners se desempeñó como subdirectora de estructuración de crédito en Scotiabank. Anteriormente participó en proyectos de consultoría en EY, Mattel y Colgate.
Jasibe tiene una licenciatura en finanzas internacionales de la Universidad de Monterrey, una especialidad en Banca y Finanzas por el Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles, y un MBA del IPADE. Es responsable del programa de ESG.

Urbina Liñan
Director Financiero
Más de 20 años de experiencia en áreas financieras colaborando en la gestión administrativa, fiscal y contable en los sectores agroindustrial, comercial, inmobiliario y de servicios financieros en empresas como La Moderna, Savia, Grupo Krone, Aba Seguros, Empresas vectoriales.
Alfonso es contador público y auditor de la UANL y tiene una maestría en impuestos del Instituto de Especialización de Ejecutivos.

Carmona
Asociado de Inversiones
Raúl se unió a Vector Partners en 2020 como analista financiero, participando en el análisis y prospección de nuevas inversiones. Cuenta con experiencia en el análisis, estructuración, procesos de Due Diligence y administración de portafolio.
Previo a Vector Partners, se desempeñó como analista en una boutique de Banca de Inversión apoyando el levantamiento de recursos para empresas en crecimiento.
Raúl es licenciado en administración financiera por el Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM)

Saucedo Infante
Analista Sr. de Inversiones
6 años de experiencia en Auditoría financiera de empresas de diferentes industrias. Previo a su incorporación a Vector Partners, se desempeñó como analista de normatividad en FEMSA COMERCIO. Anteriormente participó en proyectos de auditoría financiera en EY y KPMG.
Francisco tiene una licenciatura en contaduría pública de la Universidad autónoma de Nuevo León y realizó sus prácticas profesionales en el SAT.

Muñoz Lerma
Analista de Middle Office
Previo a su incorporación a Vector Partners se desempeñó en el área automotriz en las agencias de Volkswagen y Mazda México, participó en el reto Banxico 2018 y fue seleccionada como Enlace Universitario Banxico.
Cuenta con una licenciatura en administración y gestión empresarial en la Universidad Autónoma de Durango.
